Lifetime Warranty 

Alabama Performance Tint LLC and the film distributor MPRO or any film distributors Obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of products not conforming to the original product. This warranty is only valid when used in compliance with all applicable state laws. Installation of this product in a manner that violates state laws is a misuse of the product and voids all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability. Alabama Performance Tint shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for damage related to the use of the product in an illegal manner or application that constitutes failure to comply with Alabama State Laws. 

Limitations per vehicle warranty are set forth below:

 IR Film and Carbon Film Series

The  Manufacturer  provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty including color stability and against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and delamination for as long as the original customer retains ownership of the stated vehicle.

This warranty is for the original customer and is non transferable.
The Manufacturer obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of products not conforming to the original product. This Warranty is valid only when the products are used in compliance with all applicable state or provincial laws.

Installation of this product in a manner that violates state or provincial law is a misuse of the product and voids all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability.

Alabama Performance Tint LLC shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for damage related to the use of this product in an illegal manner or application that constitutes failure to meet state or provincial rules and regulations.

Warranty Registration: This warranty can be validated by completing, detaching, and mailing the postcard on the right. This card must be filled out in its entirety and returned within 30 days of installation to validate warranty. This warranty is limited to the original customer and is non-transferrable. Warranty can also be registered by the installing dealer.

Window Film Care: Maintenance should be followed to extend the life and appearance of your  Automotive Film, as well as maintain your warranty coverage. Do not roll down filmed windows for a period of five (5) days until the film has properly adhered to the glass. Do not wash the film for thirty (30) days after installation. Do not use abrasive cleaners or coarse cloths. Use a mild soap and clean, soft cloth or synthetic sponge.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO MANUFACTURING QUALITY. WARRANTY NOT VALID WITHOUT ROLL NUMBERS.
